To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If you encounter any damages or issues with your order upon receipt, please notify us immediately so that we can address the matter promptly.

Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. For exchanges, the most efficient process is to return the original item following the steps above and then place a separate order for the desired replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply regarding the condition of the item, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
